Tin Sheet Printing

Metal Printing generally involves printing on metals with special kind of offset printing inks and using a specially constructed oven called wickets for drying the ink. the machine should be of very robust construction, especially the feeder and the forwarder, since it has to handle heavy weights unlike substrates like paper or boards which are comparatively lighter .
The feeder is generally of magnetic type if the metal to be printed is of ferric nature. the metal sheets are forwarded by a sucker mechanism in to the grippers of the printing unit. the impression cylinder is of larger diameter as the sheets should not be bent beyond a particular limits.
